ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC gives you the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal computer, and to copy and download the Materials on this Site, provided that: (1) both the ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC copyright notice (set forth below) and this permission notice appear in the Materials so displayed, copied or downloaded; (2) such display, copy or download is solely for your personal or internal informational use (that is, not distributed or otherwise transmitted outside of your home or company, or otherwise broadcast in any media)and; (3) the ability to download and use certain Materials is subject to additional terms and restrictions. The Terms comprises the entire agreement between you and ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, if any, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.

Legal Capacity To Transact

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot Join Subscriptions with ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC.

ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC reserves the right to change prices for Subscriptions displayed at encyclopediaofmagic.com.au at any time before you Join our subscription.

Cancellations of contract

Here with ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC when you Join up to our subscriptions it means you have agreed to join on an autorewing plan (specifically monthly and yearly plans) which only ceases when a request for a cancellation has been processed. If you were to request a cancellation, you will need to send us an email to cancellations@encyclopediaofmagic.com.au. By Joining you are accepting these conditions.

Credit Card Fraud

While ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MAGIC will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
